How do I activate my item?
Scan the code on the item with your phone's normal camera, enter the activation code printed with it (on the back of the sticker or on the paper in the bag), choose how messages should reach you, and you're done.
Camera won't read the code? Under every code the item number is printed, like S-7K2PQM. Type it on the activation page.
Lost your activation code?
Contact support with your order number or the receipt from the shop you bought it from, and we'll activate it for you.
How do messages reach me?
As a browser notification, or through the site added to your home screen. If you link Telegram, it arrives there too at the same time (or only if you haven't opened the message within a few minutes, depending on your choice under Notification channel).
If the conversation is open in front of you, messages appear in it live and no notification pops up. Notifications from the same conversation replace each other, and tapping one takes you back to that conversation.
WhatsApp Business can't reach Syrian numbers at the moment.
Someone is bothering me. What can I do?
In the conversation, tap ⋮ and choose Block this person. They won't be able to message you about any of your items.
The block applies to that person's browser for 30 days. You'll find Blocked people on the item's page, where you can lift the block.
I want to use the item for a limited time or for something else
On the item's page choose Expiry (a day, a week, a month or a date). After that, whoever scans it sees "This code has expired".
When you're done, End and reuse ends every conversation, stops the old links, and lets you name the item again.
Why Chrome?
Samsung Internet and the browsers that open inside Facebook, Instagram and TikTok break activation and notifications. Chrome is safer and faster.
To make Chrome your main browser on Android: Settings → Apps → Choose default apps → Browser app → Chrome.
How do I add the site to my home screen?
Android: open the site in Chrome, tap ⋮ at the top, and choose Add to Home screen.
iPhone: open the site in Safari, tap the Share button, and choose Add to Home Screen. On iPhone, notifications only work from the added site.
Who sees my number?
Nobody. Whoever scans sees the item's name and writes to you, and the message reaches you through us. They don't see your number and you don't see theirs, unless one of you decides to share it.
